A powerful blend of Yoga, Barre, Pilates, and functional strength training — designed to build core stability, tone your body, and develop full-body strength. Each class uses different props to target specific muscle groups for real, visible results.

Mat Sculpt Yogalates

About our props: Each class has a primary prop that guides the focus — but other tools may be used too. The prop is the star of the class, not the only guest!

Mat Sculpt (Yogalates) -  Band Burn

🎗️ Primary: Resistance Band

This class uses band tension to activate and fatigue muscles deeply — targeting your glutes, legs, arms, and core for that satisfying shake.

Mat Sculpt (Yogalates) - Ball Control

⚪ Primary: Mini Ball

The mini ball adds instability and squeeze to every movement — challenging your deep core, inner thighs, and stabiliser muscles for precise, controlled sculpting.

Mat Sculpt (Yogalates) - Ring Precision

⭕ Primary: Pilates Ring

The Pilates ring (magic circle) adds gentle resistance to  movements — perfect for toning inner thighs, arms, and core with graceful precision.

Mat Sculpt (Yogalates) - Weighted Tone

🏋️ Primary: Dumbbells / Sculptee Bar

Light weights, high reps — the formula for long, toned muscles without bulk. Using dumbbells or the sculptee bar (up to 7kg), this class sculpts your upper body and core with intention.

Mat Sculpt (Yogalates) - Mixed Props

Can't pick just one? Neither can we. Mixed Props combines a variety of tools throughout the session to hit different muscle groups, keep your body guessing, and maximise results.

Take your practice to new heights — literally. Our aerial sessions blend strength, stretch, and serenity using the support of a silk hammock. 

Aerial Yoga

Aerial Yoga (Beginner)

No experience needed. Learn foundational movements with no inversions.

Aerial Yoga (All Levels)

A full-body practice to build strength, balance, and flexibility, including core work, inversions, and flow.

Aerial Yoga (Intermediate)

For experienced students. You should be comfortable with cross-back inversion to join. Expect a challenging full-body flow with strength, balance, and deeper inversions.

Aerial Burn & Sculpt

Energizing class blending strength-building holds with toning movements. Expect a burn in your arms, core, and glutes. All levels welcome.

Spinning Hammock

A graceful meditative experience with gentle, continuous spinning. Aerial experience recommended.
